You hold a place
Your name goes in the book in the order it arrived. We confirm by email within a business day.
We sign the lease
Founding members hear the address the day it is signed, before anyone else, with photographs of the space as we found it.
We build the house
Limewash, stone, cedar and hidden light. Founding members are invited to walk it while it is still dust.
We open, and you decide
Only then do we ask for a card. Ninety-nine a month, locked, starting on a date you choose within the first month. Or you let the place go, and you owe nothing.
The terms of the founding rate.
Short, because there is not much to them.
- Rate$99 a month, locked for as long as you remain a member without a lapse. The standing rate is $169.
- ChargeNone today. None until the doors open, and we write to you before the first charge.
- TermMonth to month. Thirty days notice to cancel. The founding rate is the only thing you give up.
- PlacesOne hundred, in order received. When they are gone the rate is gone with them.
- TransferIndividual places are personal. Corporate seats transfer within the company.
- ReleaseChange your mind at any point before opening and we release your place. You owe nothing.
