Membership is $169 a month. The first one hundred members hold $99 a month, locked for as long as they stay. Day passes are $45. Nothing is charged before we open.

Five seats or more at the founding rate of $99 a seat, locked for the life of the account. A standing benefit that costs less than a parking space and gets used more. Seats are transferable within the company as people come and go.

Terms, plainly

The founding rate, in writing.

What does it cost to hold a place?
Nothing. No card is taken and nothing is charged. Nothing is charged until the doors open on 1 May 2027, and we write to you before the first charge.
How long is $99 locked?
For as long as you remain a member without a lapse. If you cancel and return later, you return at the standing rate.
When does billing begin?
On the day the house opens, never before. Founding members choose their start date within the first month of opening.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel any time with thirty days notice. The founding rate is the only thing you give up.
Can I transfer my founding place?
Individual founding places are personal and cannot be transferred. Corporate seats transfer freely within the company.
Can I pause?
Yes. Founders may pause up to two months a year without losing the rate. A lapse beyond that ends the founding rate; you return at the standing rate.
When do I start?
Founders choose a start date within the first month of opening. We write to you before opening to set it.
Can my company hold places?
Yes. Corporate founding places are $99 a seat, minimum five seats, locked for as long as the seats stay active, and they count inside the 100. Seats transfer within the company; individual places do not transfer.
What if I move away before you open?
Write to us and we release your place to the next person in line. You owe nothing.

Your companion in the Calda app. A gentle note when it has been a few days, answers about the house, and your plan always with you. Later, connect your Oura Ring or Apple Watch if you wish.

Your information is yours. Share only what you want, skip any question, delete it anytime. Calda offers general wellness guidance, never medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calda Intelligence features are planned for opening and may change.
